Our experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location is superb, especially being connected to the convention center, the ambiance was overwhelmingly noisy and the room was surprisingly cramped. The staff was okay, but it felt like the space just didn't cater well to families. Additionally, dining options were pricey and not particularly impressive.

My stay at the Rosen Centre Hotel was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic for accessing major attractions like Universal Studios and Sea World, and I felt well taken care of by the staff during a challenging time. However, the room layout for families could definitely use some improvement, and there were some service hiccups that detracted from the overall experience.
